So I've finally finished the book "Airman" by Owen Colfer (the same who wrote Artemis Fowl btw*) and I am so totally inspired! It's not like the greatest book I've ever read, but it sure is one of the best! I recommend it at the greatest!

But it's a great story about Conor Broekhart who always has a big ambition of flying a motorized aircraft. (This happens in 1892, so the Wright brothers haven't flown the first airplane yet.)He wants to be an airman. The book is a great story about his ambitions and his cleverness, and what misery his life suddenly becomes just because of one man. And also: what visionaries are capable of.

But still. This is not a book report, but my point is that when I read his book, various pictures played in my head (like it normally does when I read), but this time it was so much stronger and special than ever. And I constantly found myself thinking; "I wanna draw that!"
And so I will. I've got a lot of drawing inspiration from this book. A lot of Conor and his friend Linus Wynter, airplanes, men with wings (both mechanical and feathered) and so on.
So there's a risk that my gallery will be spammed by pictures and stuff by airmen.
'Cause I love them.

I'm classmate of Sefi, the girl of Galician of the project "Teaching each other".
Your drawings are lovely!!!
A hug
So that's why I didn't recognize you.
I add you as a friend, then. ^^
And thank you!
